Firstly, try to find a property that suits your requirements and is financially sustainable for you to rent out.
Register with Abiggerfish.co.uk to view properties. Application forms can be downloaded below, you will need to fill it in and return it to us. The form will provide us with all of your letting criteria, helping abiggerfish match appropriate properties for you to view.
Once you have found a property of you choice you will need to reserve it by placing a holding deposit of £75.00. This will allow us to process your application. We will inform you of all the costs you will incur before you go into your new home to ensure that you can afford the property.
Once the application has been approved, we will contact you with a moving date along with a checklist to assist your move smoothly.
On the day of moving you will be met at the property and guided through the tenancy agreement, inventory, and any other relevant information, before being handed the keys to your new home.
Abiggerfish.co.uk will arrange to have all services put into your name and arrange for your rent to be taken from your account monthly, so that you can enjoy the warmth and comforts of your new home.
